Our horse farm was designed for and is dedicated exclusively to the training, breeding and racing of quality barrel racing and pole bending horses. Daryl Zimmer Quarter Horses is attached to Frances Marion National Forest, in the low-country of South Carolina, about 40 minutes north of Charleston. The fenced riding arena, 110’ by 216’, was designed and built for barrel racing and pole bending. The footing in the arena is meticulously maintained for safe running and hard-turning. Our two training pens, one with dirt footing and one with sand footing allow us to choose different ground for different training needs.
Seven acres of shady, wooded riding trails complete the farm and provide the perfect place for necessary mental and physical conditioning and relaxation.
